The Sherlock/John shipper in me is screaming that obviously she’s referring to the fact that John loves him (in a romantic sense I mean) and never told him.

I think the episode may be easier than a fanvid, as those are all about inspiring an emotional response, while the episode is about the story. I think you can watch the show with a focus on the construction of the piece, while vids are all FEELINGS.
